Case of Château Routas 2023 Coteaux Varois Rosé (12 bottles)

Pairs with: Fresh chêvre

Good for: Summer days by the sea

Grapes: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon

I am from: Coteaux Varois, Provence

The story: Cháteau Routas' 290 hectare estate is nestled between the old town elegance of Aix-en-Provence and the white sand beaches that line the Gulf of Saint Tropez. An altitude of 350 meters provides cooler nights, contributing to wines that combine both freshness and complexity. In 2005 Sir David Murray & family took ownership, ushering in a new era for Chateau Routas.

Why You'll Love Me: Aromas of freshly cut watermelon, ripe peach and floral notes lead to a burst of wild strawberries and hints of minerality. Good structure and crisp acidity lead to a refreshing finish -- make this your go-to rosé!
